Value Network Behavioral Health Care Collaborative (BHCC), IPA is comprised of multiple Behavioral Health organizations. The service array includes Network-level members (Article 31, 32 or Home and Community Based Service providers), and Affiliate-level member agencies which include hospital systems, health home providers, and various community-based organizations.
