The healthcare system struggles with communication, and it’s a problem with dire consequences. When providers and systems involved in a patient’s care fail to exchange information effectively, fragmented care plans and ineffective transitions of care result.
Adding to frustrations, many providers lack the ability to meaningfully partner with large, regional providers. They have limited bargaining power and are unable to show their value to managed care organizations (MCOs).
Value Network exists to address these critical problems. We’re a robust BHCC IPA that enhances quality care through clinical integration, the use of community-based recovery support services, and the collection and analysis of quality and service data to improve behavioral and physical health outcomes.
If you provide OMH or OASAS Medicaid services, you may be eligible to participate as a network provider. Affiliated providers include entities like hospitals, physical health providers, non-Medicaid providers, state-operated providers, and organizations addressing the social determinants of health.
