As the Western New York community has dealt with many challenges over the past two years, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield has expanded access to mental health care and resources. We’ve done this through establishing the region’s first value-based arrangement with the Value Network and we’ve invested in a new solution that is connecting members with mental health care in under five days, averaging 1.3 days to appointment so far.
